Wrong! The TCS is competely different to a roller in construction and function. It is a cleverly designed, high quality treeless saddle with many unique design features which ensure a comfortable ride for horse and rider.

The saddles in our three saddle ranges have the same size and shape, the different ranges refer to the types of leather. The Synthetic saddle is easy to care for, the Classic saddle is smart yet affordable and the Premium saddle is textured and sophisticated. If padded correctly, your TCS saddle should not slip. Customers who experience slip find using grubby cotton saddle pads directly against the horse and neoprene topped half pads useful. Using a breastplate or a breastcollar can also reduce slip.

The TCS saddle comes in two billet lengths: Long and Short. Short girth users need the Long billet saddle, standard girth users need the Short billet saddle. You can find more information on billet length here.

It depends. Some bodies and levels accept the TCS but it is best to check the rules and regulations of the competitions you wish to enter before purchasing.

The stirrup bar on the TCS is set lower than on a traditional saddle, it is recommened to choose a shorter stirrup leather length than usual. You can find information about this here.
